All purchases made through this website are for digital marketing and promotional services designed to increase visibility and exposure for creators, brands, and businesses. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below regarding refunds and fulfillment.
Service activation and fulfillment
Our promotion services begin after payment has been completed and once your post, campaign, or content has been uploaded, scheduled, or manually placed within our internal engagement or exposure pools. At this stage, the delivery process is considered to have started, and related resources are allocated specifically to your order.
Once any advantage or service activity has been initiated, including but not limited to content placement, campaign activation, exposure distribution, or group inclusion, the order is considered fulfilled.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if no benefits, access, or exposure have been received or used and the service has not been activated or started.
Refunds are not issued for customers who misunderstand, misinterpret, or fail to read the description of the purchased services. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure full understanding of what each service includes prior to purchase.
Because our services involve manual and digital work within private promotion systems, we are unable to retract or reverse results once a campaign or post cycle has begun. All payments made for such services are final and non-refundable once the delivery process has started.
How to request a refund

Chargebacks and disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted after a service has been initiated will be treated as fraudulent. We maintain full activity logs and proof of work to demonstrate service delivery and fulfillment in such cases.
Customers agree to contact our support team to resolve any issue amicably before opening a dispute.
European Union consumer notice
Where applicable under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services once performance has begun and the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
