Depending on your selected service, your posts will either receive scheduled engagement, be eligible for manual promotion, or be distributed automatically through our creator communities.

Growth Plans are ideal for creators and businesses seeking consistent, guaranteed engagement with fully automated promotion. They include priority distribution and reposting across our creator and influencer network to maximize reach, impressions, and visibility on hashtags and the Explore page. Each plan guarantees a defined engagement volume, with a natural variation of ±10–15% due to platform dynamics and standard account limitations.
Premium is best for users who prefer flexibility and full control over their promotions. Manually submit new or existing Instagram posts to our creator communities whenever needed, without prior engagement requirements. Premium packages do not include guaranteed engagement amounts or priority reposting.
Auto Drop is designed for users who want a fully automated, hands-free promotion experience. Each new Instagram post is automatically distributed across selected creator communities without requiring manual submissions. Auto Drop packages do not include guaranteed engagement amounts or priority reposting.

What is the difference between the available Creator Networks?
Our Creator Networks consist of different Instagram engagement communities, each offering varying network sizes, engagement opportunities, and promotional reach.
Smaller networks provide access to a more limited selection of engagement groups, while larger network combinations expand your promotional coverage across multiple communities.
The number of available groups, supported engagement types, and potential interactions depends on your selected package.
Please note that larger networks do not necessarily guarantee higher engagement. Actual results depend on community activity and participation.

Can I try your Creator Communities before purchasing?
Yes! You can explore and participate in our Creator Communities before purchasing a paid promotion package.
Our communities allow you to connect with other creators, engage with Instagram content, and experience how our engagement networks operate.
You can also earn promotional credits through active participation, which can be used to promote your own posts within our supported communities.

Do you offer discount codes?
Yes, HYPECLOUDFACTORY occasionally offers discount codes that can be used to receive special pricing on our services. These codes are usually shared through our official Update Channel.
By joining our Update Channel, which is accessible via the menu under Communities, you’ll receive updates on new services, announcements, and exclusive discounts or special promotions.
Will I ever be asked to provide my password?
No. We will never ask for your Instagram or Telegram login credentials. Our services operate externally and do not require direct access to your accounts.
Do I retain full ownership of my account and content?
Yes. You retain full ownership and control of all accounts and content at all times. We never request login credentials or administrative access.
How is my data protected?

Before Purchase
What are the requirements for using the service?
To ensure proper delivery and tracking, specific account requirements apply depending on the service purchased:
Premium: An active Telegram account with a username is required, and the username must remain unchanged during the service period. Private Instagram accounts and accounts with age restrictions cannot be promoted.
Auto Drop & Growth Plans: An Instagram account must remain public for the entire duration of the service. Private accounts and accounts with age restrictions cannot be promoted.
Keeping all required accounts active, public, and unchanged ensures uninterrupted and accurate service delivery.
Where does the increased visibility come from?
We work with creator communities and industry-specific networks made up of real users, influencers, and brands. Your content is shared within relevant communities, increasing organic exposure among users interested in your niche and improving overall reach and visibility.
How many Instagram posts can I promote?
The number of posts you can promote depends on your selected HYPECLOUDFACTORY service and package.
Growth Plans: Promote up to 30 Instagram posts per month, with a maximum of one eligible post per day. Each eligible post receives the engagement volume specified in your selected plan.
Premium: Manually submit new or existing Instagram posts to your selected creator communities without prior engagement requirements. The number of permitted submissions depends on your package and the rules of each group.
Auto Drop: Your new Instagram posts are automatically distributed across your selected creator communities. Promotion is limited to one eligible post per day, with four automatic reposts per post in each included group.
Important: Deleted posts still count toward your daily promotion allowance. Additional posts published on the same day are not carried over or automatically promoted the following day.

Will HYPECLOUDFACTORY help me gain followers and increase sales?
Our promotion services are designed to increase your Instagram content’s visibility, engagement, and exposure across relevant creator communities.
By reaching more users, your content may attract new followers, profile visits, and potential customers, helping strengthen your online presence and brand awareness.
However, follower growth, website traffic, conversions, and sales depend on various factors, including your content quality, target audience, and overall marketing strategy. These outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
While our Growth Plans include guaranteed engagement volumes as specified in the selected package, Premium and Auto Drop provide promotional exposure without guaranteed engagement amounts.
Are the given metrics guaranteed to be achieved?
For our Growth Plans, yes. Each eligible Instagram post receives guaranteed engagement based on the volume specified in your selected plan. A natural variation of ±10–15% may apply due to platform dynamics and standard account limitations. Growth Plans also include priority distribution and reposting across our creator communities.
Services with metrics displayed as “Up to”, such as Premium and Auto Drop, do not include guaranteed engagement amounts or priority reposting. These figures represent estimated maximum engagement based on the available opportunities within the selected network. Actual results depend on community participation and activity.
We recommend exploring the selected engagement pool beforehand to gain insight into current activity levels.
Is there any risk when enhancing your engagement?
HYPECLOUDFACTORY focuses on authentic content promotion through established Creator Communities consisting of real Instagram users, creators, and businesses.
Our services operate externally and do not require access to your Instagram account or login credentials. Promotional activities are designed to prioritize genuine community participation rather than artificial accounts or automated interactions.
Every campaign is carefully aligned with Instagram’s community and platform guidelines. However, Instagram independently determines how its policies are interpreted and enforced, and no third-party promotional service can guarantee that an account will never experience restrictions or other platform-related actions.
Our approach emphasizes transparency, responsible promotion, and consistent service quality to provide customers with a reliable promotional experience.
Can I use multiple accounts?
Yes. Each Instagram or Telegram username requires its own active plan to ensure accurate campaign delivery and proper placement within the appropriate niche community.
Do you offer custom promotional campaigns?
Yes. We provide custom campaigns, including influencer collaborations and extended promotional placements. Contact us with your requirements to receive a tailored proposal.
Do packages renew automatically?
No. All HYPECLOUDFACTORY packages are prepaid and do not renew automatically.
You can choose between 1, 3, 6, or 12-month packages, depending on your selected service. Your package remains active for the purchased duration and expires automatically at the end of the service period.
To continue your promotion without interruption, simply renew your package before it expires.
There are no automatic recurring charges or cancellation requirements.
After Purchase
I placed an order. When will it be activated?
All HYPECLOUDFACTORY services are manually activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Once your package has been activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your service details. If you haven’t received an activation email after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
I entered an incorrect username or URL. What should I do?
If you entered an incorrect username or URL when placing your order, there are a few ways to correct it:

What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, it will remain pending until payment has been successfully confirmed.
After payment confirmation, our team will manually process and activate your selected service within 24 hours.
You’ll receive an email once your package has been successfully activated.
When does my service officially begin?
Your service officially begins once your payment has been confirmed and your package has been successfully activated.
Depending on your selected service, activation includes reviewing your account information and preparing your promotional campaign within our creator communities.
Your official service start date will be communicated in your activation confirmation email.
How will I know when my service has been activated?
You will receive an activation email as soon as your service begins. This email includes your official start date and, where applicable, the end date of your service.
When will I receive my invoice or payment confirmation?
An invoice is issued for every order and sent to your email address within 24 hours. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
Can I upgrade my plan after purchase?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting our support team. Once the upgrade payment is processed, the new plan is activated immediately.
Can I pause my package or plan?
Packages and plans cannot be paused once activated. Each service involves dedicated resources, manual setup, and ongoing processing throughout the purchased service period.
All packages are prepaid for the selected duration and do not renew automatically. Once your package expires, you can purchase a new one at any time to continue using our services.

What should I do if I change my Instagram or Telegram username?
If you change your Instagram or Telegram username during an active service, please contact our support team as soon as possible to prevent interruptions to your promotions.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, previous username, and new username so we can review and update your account information accordingly.
